Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese softened
- 8 strips bacon cooked crisp and finely chopped
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 T. chopped chives or green onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans for garnish, optional
- 1/2 c. chopped bacon for garnish, optional
- 1/2 c. chopped chives or green onions for garnish, optional
Instructions

In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with the finely chopped crisp bacon, shredded cheddar, chopped chives (or green onions), and dry ranch dressing mix until evenly combined.

Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into 1½-inch balls. Roll each ball in chopped pecans, extra chopped bacon, or chopped chives to coat. Arrange on a tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to firm up.
