How to make Swiss Dill Chicken Salad Sandwiches
If your chicken breast is thick, butterfly it so it cooks evenly.
Place a frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray. Cook the chicken 8–10 minutes total, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken cooks, dice the Swiss cheese and chop the dill pickle spears into small pieces so they blend well into the salad.

Transfer the cooked chicken to a cutting board and let it rest about 5 minutes. Then dice into bite-sized pieces for the salad.

In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, chopped parsley, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Combine the diced chicken, Swiss cheese, and pickles with the mayonnaise mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated and well combined.

Serve the salad on large, split croissants or your favorite split rolls. This recipe makes two generous sandwiches and comes together in about 20 minutes.
