How to Make Breakfast Popsicles
Making these breakfast popsicles is straightforward. If you don’t have an ice pop mold, small paper cups and popsicle sticks work perfectly as an alternative.

Gather your ingredients before starting.
For this easy recipe you will need:
- 1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons honey (divided)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 7–8 strawberries, diced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup granola
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, 1 tablespoon of honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Place a few berries in the bottom of each ice pop mold. Spoon in several tablespoons of the yogurt mixture to fill the mold halfway, then add more berries and top with more yogurt, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top.
Put the mold in the freezer for 30 minutes to let the mixture firm slightly before adding the granola topping.

Combine the granola and the remaining 1 tablespoon of honey in a small bowl, tossing to coat the granola evenly.

Press the honey-coated granola into the top of each chilled mold, insert the popsicle sticks, and freeze until solid—at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
These popsicles should be a hit with the kids. Feel free to switch up the fruit or use different yogurt flavors to create new combinations.
