Tasty fudgy brownie bites made with raw, nut-free ingredients. These make a healthy snack that tastes indulgent and are ridiculously easy to prepare.

Many readers have asked for nut-free recipes, so I’ve created a dedicated nut-free category in my recipe index and will be sharing more allergy-friendly options going forward. There’s also a soy-free section for those who need it.
To start, here’s a simple recipe for raw brownie bites that uses oats instead of nuts. Using oats makes these naturally lower in fat while still delivering a rich, chocolatey texture and flavour—just like a brownie.
They’re perfect for on-the-go snacks, breakfast, or a quick chocolate fix.

These raw brownie bites are:
- Dairy-free & vegan
- Raw
- Gluten-free (use certified gluten-free oats if required)
