How to make Swiss Dill Chicken Salad Sandwiches

If your chicken breast is thick, butterfly it so it cooks evenly.

Place a frying pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with non-stick spray. Cook the chicken 8–10 minutes total, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer registers 165°F (74°C).

While the chicken cooks, dice the Swiss cheese and chop the dill pickle spears into small pieces so they blend well into the salad.

  • 2 dill pickle spears
