This 3-ingredient, 5-minute cranberry relish is the quiet star of our Thanksgiving table every year.
It beats canned cranberry sauce (which I admit has nostalgic appeal) and is much easier than cooking cranberries on the stove. Best of all, it saves stove space and comes together in minutes.

You need only:
⭐ one bag of fresh cranberries
⭐ the zest of 2 oranges and the juice of 1 (about 1/3 cup)
⭐ 3/4 cup sugar
🌶️ Optional: add some de-seeded fresh jalapeño or grated fresh ginger for a little heat.
Store in the refrigerator for up to a week, so you can make this ahead and check one thing off your Thanksgiving list.

Ingredients
- one bag of fresh cranberries
- the zest of 2 oranges and the juice of 1, about 1/3 cup of juice
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- Optional: add in some fresh de-seeded jalapeño or fresh ginger for a kick
Instructions
-
Place the cranberries, orange zest, orange juice, and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture starts to come together, then blend on high until it reaches a lightly coarse texture. Scrape down the sides as needed and taste, adjusting sugar to your preference. If using jalapeño or ginger, add a small amount, pulse again, and taste before adding more.
