On my Salt Lake City breakfast tour I’m focusing mostly on newer spots, but I’ve included a few places I’ve visited before because they still feel fresh to the valley. One staple that had to make the list is Beaumont. I recently picked up a breakfast burrito there and knew it belonged on this tour.

I love Beaumont for two main reasons: convenience and freshness. If you spend time recreating in the Wasatch Front, Beaumont is one of the best places to fuel up before heading out. I often grab a breakfast burrito on my way up canyon before a big ski day. The drive-through makes it quick and accessible without sacrificing quality. I do appreciate a fast burrito from many Mexican spots, but they can sometimes be greasy and leave me feeling off, especially if I’m about to be active.

Beaumont’s breakfast burrito features fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, roasted corn, and bell peppers. What really elevates it is the sauce—the creamy tomatillo esc dressing adds bright, tangy flavor and ties all the ingredients together. A great breakfast burrito often comes down to its sauce, and this one delivers.

Located between 3900 and 4500 South on Wasatch Boulevard, Beaumont offers much more than a solid breakfast burrito. Their coffee and pastries are strong, and they serve a delicious burrata salad that’s worth trying. Because the food is consistently good, Beaumont draws a crowd—especially on weekends. If you only want pastries and coffee, it’s easy to run in or use the drive-through. But if you plan to sit and enjoy the patio or the thoughtfully designed interior, expect a wait during busy times. Despite the lines, the atmosphere and the food make it worth it.
Between convenient service, fresh ingredients, and thoughtful flavors, Beaumont is a reliable stop for a morning meal before outdoor adventures or a relaxed weekend brunch.
